My students peeled the peel off the tangerine. They observed that when the crusted tangerine was thrown into the water, it did not collapse to the bottom, but when the peeled tangerine was thrown into the water, it collapsed. This was due to the air bubbles in the tangerine peel. They learned the concept of heavy and light with autumn fruit.
